The MR-G is the most high-end of all Casio collections. The present MRGG1000DC-1A features an elaborate titanium case with DLC-coated elements, finished to a high degree and topped-off by a glareproof sapphire crystal. Time is automatically adjusted -when needed- using both GPS and radio signals, while its battery is charged by solar cells on the dial. The MR-G G1000 is also fitted with Casio’s ‘Tough Movement’ technology, which regularly checks and corrects the relative hand position. The MR-G Hammertone Gold was introduced celebration of the 20th anniversary of the MR-G collection in 2016. his is the second collaboration with third generation master metal craftsman Bihou Asano, who individually hammered each bezel and band of 300 watches using the Tsu-i-ki technique: a traditional craft method that creates unique relief patterns through hammering.
