The Basics

The Longines Heritage Diver is a re-issue of models intended for underwater diving produced in the 1970s. Like the original models, these new creations have a diameter of 43 mm. This chronograph model is fitted with calibre L651.3 and shows the hours, minutes and seconds. It also has a 60-second counter at 3 o’clock and a 30-minute counter at 9 o’clock, as well as showing the date at 6 o’clock. The black dial has an elegant satin finish. The bidirectional rotating inner flange is activated using the crown at 10 o’clock. It is graduated from 60 down to 0, enabling the diver to calculate his or her remaining time under water, for example to allow for decompression when coming up to the surface. This model is fitted on a black rubber strap.
